Scholarships

Our entire organization is focused on supporting our ALHS student-athletes and their programs. To reward those athletes that have succeeded in all aspects of academics, citizenship, and athletics, the boosters will annually award at least 10, $1,500 scholarships to our graduating senior athletes.
All Applications are reviewed anonymously by a three-judge panel of non-senior parents. Decisions and announcements are made in late June.

REQUIREMENTS:
The parent or guardian of the athlete must be a member of the Avon Lake Athletic Boosters by Jan 31st of the current year to be eligible. The athlete must not have received a "full ride" Div. I or II college scholarship. The Athlete must have earned a varsity letter during their senior year and the athlete must have submitted a timely application (including essay and photo) by February 29th
